Are your items new or used?
All our items are new and never used or worn.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide to any country.
When will you ship my item?
All items will be shipped within 2 business days. Unless it's a large order with multiple items or a custom/special order such as rings. Because when you purchase a ring at MAVA Style, the ring will be created with your finger size for free and it could take more than 2 business days. But, we always try to ship it within 2 business days.
Are your prices in US dollars?
All our prices are in US dollars.
How do I pay with Western Union?

Will I receive a tracking number with my shipment?
As soon as your item has been shipped, we will send you an email with your package's tracking number.
Can I request a custom made jewelry piece?
Contact us and we will tell you if we can create it or not.
Is it possible to purchase your sterling silver items in gold or platinum?
It is very possible. Contact us for prices.
What size are your rings?
Any size you need.
Where do you get your jewelry from?
We don't get it from anywhere. We create our own models.
Is it possible to purchase a chain with a pendant that has no chain?
It is possible. Contact us for prices and styles.
Do you charge taxes?
We charge taxes to Canadian buyers only. Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Yukon customers are charged 5% (GST). Quebec customers are charged 12.875% (GST & PST). New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador customers are charged 13% (HST). There are no taxes charged on shipping & handling fees.
Why aren't all of your sterling silver items shiny?
Because the ones that are not completely shiny are antique finished.
Is your jewelry plated or solid?
All of our jewelry are solid sterling silver or solid gold and never plated.
For the gold items, can you create other karats than what is listed?
Example, if an item is made in 14 karat gold and you're interested in having the same item in 18 karat gold, we can do that for you. Simply contact us for prices.
